  • What Will Be Completed During My Cleaning?

  • What Is Included In A Move In/Out Cleaning?
    Our move in/out cleaning service is essentially a full home clean, just like our deep cleaning service. The only difference is that with move in/out cleaning, we assume that there is no furniture or personal belongings in the home. This allows us to access all areas of your home and ensure that every nook and cranny is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including areas that may be hard to reach or overlooked during regular cleaning. We understand that moving can be stressful, which is why our move in/out cleaning service is designed to provide a fresh start and give you peace of mind that your new or old home is completely spotless.
  • Is There A Rescheduling Fee?
    We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking.
  • Cancellations And Refunds
    If you cancel before 24 hours, you will receive a full refund to the payment information on file. If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, you will be charged a $40 scheduling fee. If you cancel within 12 hours, it is a non-refundable full charge.
  • How Do I Update Billing?
    You’ll want to head to My Account, and under settings select billing. In that section it’ll allow you to update billing, address of clean, and your current subscription.
  • What If I Want To Skip This Week's Clean? Will I Still Be Charged?
    No, Unless it’s within the 24-hour window. Within this one-day window if you decide to cancel, the clean will be credited to your account at no penalty for future use.
  • Will The Same Cleaner Come Every-Time?
    Yes, upon request. Please understand that cleaners have personal lives, and can get sick, or request leave. If that occurs, we’ll ask to either reschedule, or send a different cleaner.
  • Do I Have To Be Home When The Cleaners Arrive Or Depart?
    You do not! However, if it’s your first time signing up for a DRC cleaning, initial introductions always help develop the personable relationship with your home cleaner.
  • Can I Trust Your Cleaners? Are They Background Checked?
    You sure can! With 5-star reviews coming in weekly and our cleaners being federally, and statewide background checked, you can trust us to vet the best and get rid of the rest.
  • Is DRC Licensed, Bonded, And Insured?
    Yes, we are! We partner with Next Insurance INC.
  • Does DRC Use Toxic Cleaners?
    In some instances, “Harsh” chemicals are strictly used on tough to clean areas. For example, a glass shower door with calcium buildup will require CLR to clean.
  • What Should I Do With My Pets When The Cleaners Arrive?
    Consider leaving your pets in the guest room or a lesser-used room in your home that can go without a cleaning every time. Secure your pets in their kennel if they use one. If the weather is right, keep your pets outside in a safe, shady, fenced-in spot while your cleaners are working inside. Just be sure there is access to food and water so your pets are comfortable.
  • How Do I Determine The Answer To How Dirty My Home Is?
    To get the most out of your scheduled cleaning, evaluate the current condition of your home with honesty. This will determine if your home is cleaned in one pass-through and avoids any need for rescheduling a second cleaning at cost.
  • Why Do I Need To Select The Level Of Cleanliness My Home Is In When I Book?
    We’ve simplified the industry standard for booking cleaning services by removing the standard home walk through and any implementation of square footage into our rates. By selecting 1 of 3 options we can ensure there will be enough time to clean your home.
  • What If My Home Requires More Time Than What It Was Booked For?
    When you book online be sure to select the current level of cleanliness of your home. This ensures the proper amount of time is allocated to cleaning your home during your scheduled booking. Improper booking information will require you to reschedule at full rate.
  • What If My Chosen Service Isn't Completed Within The Estimated Time?
    In most cases this is because the lack of cleanliness required more time to begin with. You will be charged $40 per hour (per cleaner) for every hour over the estimated duration. An additional booking can also be made.
  • What Happens If You Arrive And There Are No Utilities (Power, Water, Etc).
    If we arrive at a property and essential utilities are not turned on, we will be unable to complete the cleaning. This will result in a cancellation with a full charge, as a proper cleaning cannot be preformed without these necessary services.
  • How Does The Referral Program Work?
    Your unique referral code can be found in your customer portal. When your friend schedules their booking through your referral link, they will automatically receive the discount. Once their booking has been completed, you will receive a reward to use on your future booking! Just remember, the discount is only available through the referral link, we can not apply it afterward. Bonus: You can share your unique referral code with as many friends as you like and earn even more rewards!
  • How To Redeem Referral Rewards?
    You will receive an email every time you earn a reward, or even check your balance within your customer portal. When booking your service, you can enter your referral code in the ‘Discount Code’ field and your rewards will be applied. Since these rewards never expire, and can even be used along with your frequency discounts, you save even more on your booking!
  • What If I’m Not Satisfied With My Cleaning?
    We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and want to ensure you're happy with your service. If you have any concerns about your cleaning, you must notify us within two days (48 hours) of the service. We will gladly return to address any missed areas at no additional cost. After this two-day window, we are unable to provide a reclean, as we cannot verify the condition of the space after additional time has passed. We recommend checking the cleaning while our team is still on-site or shortly after service to ensure everything meets your expectations.
